What Is The Hybrid Training Program?

The program is a combination of 1 to 1 in person coaching initially, with a transition to online coaching as you progress.

It is designed to create a strong foundation for success, guiding you through the necessary steps to help make sure that not only do you achieve your goals, but you sustain them.

What is online coaching?

As you work your way through the program, there will be some transitioning towards online coaching.


Online coaching is a new and exciting way for me to help more people achieve their goals, at an affordable rate.

Online coaching consists of:

  • Workout Programming via the App

  • Accountability Check-Ins

  • Nutritional Guidance

  • Frequent Support & more

As it is location and time independent, scheduling is no longer an issue to overcome.

The move towards online coaching structured by the program helps to promote self accountability which will result in long term success.


The hybrid style of coaching means lower costs in the long run than continuous In-Person Training

1-1 in person coaching: £65 /session

Online coaching: £45 /week

Much greater results at a much lower cost!
