What Is The Hybrid Sustainability Program?

The program is a combination of 1 to 1 in person coaching and online coaching.

It is designed to create a strong foundation for success, guiding you through the necessary steps to help make sure that not only do you achieve your goals, but you sustain them.

What is online coaching?

As you work your way through the program, there will be some transitioning towards online coaching.


Online coaching is a new and exciting way for me to help more people achieve their goals, at an affordable rate.

Online coaching consists of:

  • Workout Programming via the App

  • Accountability Check-Ins

  • Nutritional Guidance

  • Frequent Support & more

As it is location and time independent, scheduling is no longer an issue to overcome.

The move towards online coaching structured by the program helps to promote self accountability which will result in long term success.

How it works:

WEEK 1-4:

2 In Person Training sessions per week

In depth coaching to assess current level, improve exercise form and create a solid basis for long term results.

WEEK 5-8:

2 In Person Training Sessions + Introduction of a 3rd Session Plan (To be completed by self)

Some elements of online coaching introduced to increase self accountability and increase training volume (=greater results!)

WEEK 9-12:

1 In Person Session + Programming for 2 Training Sessions Per Week


Further transition towards online coaching now fundamental habits have been achieved. Introduction to check-ins and other online coaching systems.

WEEK 13+:

Full Online Programming


Removal of in person sessions with advanced knowledge of training techniques already nailed down. Full accountability & Support via training app & SMS.


The hybrid style of coaching means lower costs in the long run than continuous In-Person Training

Week 1-8: £100 per week

Week 9-12: £70 per week

Week 13+: £30 per week

Much greater results at a much lower cost!
